Hello folks! It's been a year since I joined dA and I can't even find the words to express how much this community has helped me grow, both as a person and as an artist. My skills have improved a lot during these 12 months thanks to all of the wonderful people who have commented on my works and given me their opinions and advice. I've also made new, unforgettable friends I'm sure I wouldn't have met if I hadn't decided to register on that 17th of June, 2012. So, to express my grattitude to this community I'm going to feature my favorite artwork from the people who have been supporting me the most this year. Let's get started! My dear GURL

So, my mom just got me a set of 60 Faber-Castell Polychromos coloured pencils! I haven't tried them yet, but UGH, I'm so excited! On the other hand, I've decided to start a collection of drawings, which I will call "Children of the World", portraying children of different ethnicities. The portraits will, in most cases, combine graphite pencils and coloured pencils.

So, September 11 is Catalonia's National day (La Diada). Shoutouts to all the Catalans on deviantArt, visca Catalunya! And the not-so-happy part, I'm going back to school tomorrow TT_TT So, I won't be able to draw as much as I've been doing lately, but I'll still try to upload something every now and then, and I'll still check dA daily si feedback is always welcome!
